You may exchange or return your unworn Baby Safety Helmet (IN ORIGINAL CONDITION) within 21 days of purchase.

Please email us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns will be accepted without an RMA NUMBER. To obtain a RMA along with return instructions and the correct return address, please complete and submit the CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUEST FORM.

Once your return (IN ORIGINAL CONDITION) is received and processed, we will issue a credit within 4 weeks via the method used to make the purchase, for the amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise. In order to ensure your return is safe and documented, send your package via a prepaid, insured and traceable method.

Returns that arrive 21 days after shipping date will not receive credit and will not be accepted.

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address and your order will be processed within 1 working day.

At babynobumps.com.au we know that it is important that you receive your Baby Safety Helmet as soon as possible. We aim to keep our site updated with the fabric designs available, however if due to demand, we are currently out of stock of your choice, we apologise for this. To prevent the delays of backordering, when placing your order please check the 'yes' box, so that if your choice is currently unavailable, we can select a similar pattern, to avoid disappointment.

All our baby helmets are shipped by Registered Australia Post.

At babynobumps.com.au each Baby Safety Helmet is individually checked prior to shipping.
If there is a problem with an order please contact us to arrange for your product to be replaced.
